Legal Foundations and Contractual Obligations

• Official Registration and Tax ID (VÖEN): EDDE Global is officially registered by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and operates as a legal entity. With its VÖEN (Taxpayer Identification Number), it fully meets all tax obligations.
• Legal Contracts: We sign transparent, legally grounded contracts with our clients. The contracts set out the terms of the services provided, obligations and client rights. This ensures our students can use our services safely and lawfully.

Conflict Resolution Procedure

• Cooperation with the Mediation Council: In cases of disputes and conflicts, EDDE Global formally cooperates with the Mediation Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Issues are resolved through negotiation, by agreement of the parties, and for this purpose we work closely with Baku Mediation Organization No. 9.
• Court Referral: If the mediation process does not produce a result, the matter is taken to court on the legal level. In this case, we act in accordance with the requirements of the law to defend our clients' rights.
• Transparent Conflict Resolution: Our company adheres to the principles of transparency and fairness in resolving problems, and seeks to reach agreement through sincere communication with clients.

• Data Protection: EDDE Global takes measures in accordance with legal requirements to protect clients' personal data and ensure confidentiality. Personal data is processed only in accordance with the relevant laws.
