Why Estonia?

A start-up environment, strong programmes in IT and cybersecurity, simple public services and wide use of English make Estonia attractive for technology-oriented students.

Costs

For students from outside the EU, most English-taught programmes are fee-paying, and some universities offer scholarships or fee waivers. Rent in Tallinn is higher than in Tartu.
